- The entire house, terraces, and garden.
- The number of bedrooms depends on the number of people and the ratio of adults to children. For example, 14 people = 5 bedrooms, 18 people = 7 bedrooms. The beds can be arranged as desired (number of single beds versus number of double beds). Baby bed available on request.
- Private parking for up to 5 cars + driveway.
- Use of the private wellness.
- Fast WIFI throughout the house.
- Garden furniture and BBQ – outdoor tent (type stretchtent 40 m² with bar, lounge, and dining tables): only from March to November.
- Bicycle container for safe storage of bicycles, with an additional equipped bike washing station.
- Washing machine and dryer are available.
- 100% cotton bed linen (De Witte Lietaer) beds made on arrival.
- Zero-waste soap and shampoo.
- Provided in the kitchen: kitchen and toilet paper (basic package), kitchen towels, dishcloth, dishwasher tablets (basic package), dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, garbage bags.
- Final cleaning is included, but please leave the holiday home broom clean on departure, sort the waste, and dispose of it in the provided garbage bags.
Not included in the rent
Bath linen (De Witte Lietaer): €10 per person – 1 towel set per person (2 small towels and 1 large towel).
Deposit: €1,000, which will be refunded 2 weeks after check-out if there is no damage.
Consumption of water, gas, and electricity:
- group up to 14 people: €30/night
- group up to 18 people: €40/night
- Tourist tax adults: €1/night/person
- Tourist tax child from 12 years: €0.5/night/child
Rent: 50% of the rental amount is to be paid upon reservation. The remaining amount of the rent and deposit is to be paid one month before departure.
Payment via BE27 0689 4956 6773 on name of Jan Borremans, with mention of the period and surname.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before departure, compensation amounting to 50% of the rental amount (deposit) will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before departure, compensation of 100% of the rental amount will be charged (deposit will be refunded).

Important agreements
In the wellness area, the use of a bathrobe, towel, and slippers is mandatory.
We ask that you do not enter the stairs to the lounge of the holiday home with cycling shoes.
Due to possible allergies, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but it is allowed in the garden or on the various terraces. Ashtrays are provided for cigarette butts, and they must be emptied before check-out.
We ask that you do not use fondue appliances in the house.
It is forbidden to organize parties, drinking events, or bachelor parties.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
